Alice Daggett of Colchester, Connecticut passed away on September 27, 2020 in Colchester. Alice was born on October twenty-second nineteen twenty-five, Hartford Connecticut. She was a life-long resident of Colchester Connecticut. She is predeceased by her husband Norman Earl Daggett, her parents Stephen and Elizabeth Fedus and siblings Anne Fedus, Rose Fedus, Frank Fedus, May Fedus and Stephen Fedus.
Alice graduated Bacon Academy of Colchester Connecticut. She was the recipient of the Stephen F Austin award. She worked at the Aetna Insurance company for more than seventeen years. She represented the Aetna on woman’s softball team, playing 3rd base. She also was co-owner and vice-president of Colchester Tool & Die.
She is survived by her Son, Norman B Daggett. Daughter Elinor Tacchi, son-in-law Robert Tacchi and son Dr. Thomas Daggett, daughter-in-law Beth Anne Basile. She also leaves behind grand-daughters Alyson Tacchi, Alyssa Tacchi, Juliana Daggett and Celeste Daggett. Lastly, she also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews and sister-in-laws Dorothy Fedus and Caroline Whaley. Alice will be celebrated with a Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Andrews church, Wednesday September 30th followed by burial at Linwood Cemetery in Colchester.
